MD Golf takes justifiable pride in its products and customer care reputation, In the event that you are not satisfied and wish to return a product you may do so:

• Within 7 days by post or courier from the day you receive the goods
• Goods falling within the above can be exchanged if they are un-used and ‘as new’, however delivery charges for the exchanged item will be charged to the customer
• The product should be returned in its original packaging
• Items should be returned to our main office at MD House, Orchard Close, Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT41 2RZ
• Unless the product is faulty, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded
• Any item can only be returned within the terms of our returns policy providing it is in its original condition, ‘as new’ and un-used

In such circumstances we will provide the customer with a credit note, or credit the original card used for the transaction, within a period of 30 days.

MD Golf is committed to the Distance Selling Regulations, which protect consumers when they shop online or enter into other contracts at a distance from the supplier. Properly called the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Regulations apply specifically to contracts between businesses and consumers.

The Regulations give consumers a right to:

• receive clear information about the supplier, the goods or services and the sale before deciding to buy;
• confirmation of this information in writing;
• a cancellation period of 7 working days in which to withdraw from the contract; and
• protection from payment card fraud.
